Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 August 2026. The English text is the governing version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The website

This is an information and enquiry site for NorthEast Coffee. It is offered as-is for visitors in India and worldwide. There are no geo-blocks.

Products and “Coming soon”

Roasted beans, green beans, and ground / filter coffee are presented as upcoming lots. An enquiry is not an order, a reservation, or a contract of sale. Prices, pack sizes, roast dates, and availability will be confirmed in writing before any purchase.

Accuracy

We describe origin, process, and flavour in good faith, based on highland gardens across Northeast India. Coffee is an agricultural product; cups vary by lot, altitude, process, and roast. Tasting notes are a guide, not a guarantee.

Intellectual property

The NorthEast Coffee name, tagline, layout, photography, and copy on this site belong to us or to licensors. You may share links. You may not copy the brand assets for another commercial product without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may ignore or delete abusive enquiries.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded, including consumer rights that apply once goods are actually sold.

Domains

northeastcoffee.in is the primary website for visitors in India. northeast.coffee points to the same brand. Either address may be used on packaging and correspondence.
